Structural adhesives are essential for bonding various substrates such as composites, steel, plastics, or wood. The choice of adhesive depends on several criteria: the type of substrate to be bonded, required mechanical properties, identified constraints, necessary pot life and curing time, chemical environment, space filling requirements, and color.
Our range of structural adhesives includes products with elongation at break of up to 150% and gap-filling capabilities of up to 40 mm. Packaging options vary from 10 ml cartridges to 25 kg drums for industrial applications.
In addition, adhesive pastes can be formulated with different chemistries: orthophthalic, isophthalic, or vinylester. These bonding pastes can also be reinforced with fiberglass to enhance fatigue resistance.
We offer various types of sealants tailored to different needs: polyester sealants, catalyzed with BPO (benzoyl peroxide), ideal for repair and filling applications; fiberglass-reinforced polyester sealants, combining polyester resin and chopped fibers for improved mechanical strength; and epoxy sealants, based on advanced epoxy chemistry, optionally reinforced with carbon fibers for optimized performance in demanding applications.
